Virtual Assistant & Admin Support
Inbox and calendar management, documentation and reporting, client communications, and getting your tools and workflows set up so nothing depends on your memory.
With 15+ years across events, administration, technology, and client support, I bring organization, creativity, and a people-first approach to busy businesses.
Your to-do list, handled.
My career has taken a pretty winding path — hospitality, higher education, nonprofit administration, and now software engineering — but the thread running through all of it is the same: I'm the person who keeps the details from falling through the cracks.
I've coordinated catering and events at two Ritz-Carlton properties for groups from 10 to 300 guests, advised 50+ study abroad students a year at USC, run 15+ annual events and a 450-subscriber newsletter for a New York high school, and managed enrollment and compliance reporting for 300+ students across 11 schools in Alexandria.
Since 2022, I've brought that same coordination instinct into tech as a software engineer at Intuit — partnering across Product, Design, and Engineering, and translating technical detail for non-technical stakeholders. It's given me a systems-minded, tools-fluent edge most VAs and event coordinators don't have.
